Usually — for most NYC garage locations, if you enter by 8am or 10am you can get a discount for daily parking.  For example, in the garment district are, in before 10, out before 7pm is $21 + tax.

First, they take expired coupons.  So don’t throw those mailers away just because of the expiration dates.

Second, they to price adjustments post-sale with coupons.  So if you buy something and find a coupon for Bed Bath & Beyond a week later, you can go back with the receipt and coupon in hand and they’ll re-ring the items so you get your discount.

Third, they take competitor coupons.  Harmon Discount is one of them.  It depends on your local market for which stores they’ll take competitor coupons, so I’d advice you to call and ask.  And sorry, Linens n Things is now dead, so you can’t revive those coupons and bring them in.
