If you live in New Jersey, this is an offer that is basically risk-free. The 2010 Entertainment Coupon Book is now being liquidated at crazy prices — the lowest they’ll go this year.
You can buy two Entertainment Books for $5 each with $1 shipping and handling.
And if Shop Rite is your grocery store of choice, you’ll find $5 off coupons at the front of the book, basically making the rest of the book free. Actually, if you get the book in time, you might be able to use a 2nd $5 ShopRite grocery coupon before the expiration date (the coupon valid thru dates are scheduled basically one per quarter throughout the year)
Just think: If you use just one more coupon in the book, you’re ahead of the game.
Some big discounts can be had in the book, such as $15 off Radio Shack or buy one get one ski lift tickets, or $7.50 AMC Lowes movie tickets, etc.
This last-ditch promotional discount is scheduled to end August 2nd, so go ahead and spend that 10 bucks today, you’ll be glad you did after your first couple of discounts.

Here’s a great deal if you live or work in the NYC area.
Once you register for this deal site, you’ll have access to 50% off discount coupons to New York City restaurants and shops next time you plan to head into the City.
Almost 1/3 MILLION people have subscribed for this deal site already and the sheer scale of the list brings in great “real” deals every day.
Some recent deals?
A full 60 Minute facial at a New York City Spa for only $25.00.
382 people jumped on the deal for 50% certificates to Wine Bar in the East Village Manhattan.
Or how about 50% off a dozen stuffed cannolis for $9.00. Yup. It’s a small splurge, but a big bargain.

This LivingSocial Daily Deal site is much like the members-only RueLaLa sample sale site, but for restaurants and other personal service treats around New York City. And these deals are limited, but also they are available for 1 day at a time.
Of course it is free to get on the list.

It looks like P.F. Chang’s is jumping on the “tax relief” bandwagon and giving 15% discounts on April 15th at any of their restaurant locations.
15% off means that basically your tip is paid for!

Did you feel the 60+ degree weather yesterday? Spring is here. Summer is definitely around the corner!
I know some people can’t wait for Six Flags Opening Day. If you have a season pass, that means the weekends are going to be fun from now on.
Opening day is Saturday, April 4. And guess what, you can get into Six Flags for only 6 bucks AND GET ADDITIONAL 6 FREE TICKETS AND 6 FREE MEAL VOUCHERS FREE!
All you have to do is participate in a Mr. Six look-alike promotion and Dance Contest. Come dressed like Mr. Six between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and get your theme park admission for only $6!
There is even a funny dance contest which begins at 3 p.m. at Main Street Fountain.
Mr. Six will of course be there in person and award the best look-alike dancer with 6 free Six Flags Great Adventure admission tickets and six free Six Flags meal vouchers!
Qualifying Contestants must wear: a black jacket, black pants, bald cap or shaved head, glasses and red bow-tie.
If you don’t have a discounted Six Flags season pass (which is the best deal if you are going to go back just a couple of times this coming summer and fall) – this is a great Six Flags discount. The cost of a bald-head and red bowtie is much less than the full Six Flags Great Adventure admission ticket! Plus you can be famous!

First, there was completely free New Jersey Nets basketball tickets back in January and February. We loved that.
Now there’s completely free Philadephia 76ers basketball tickets.
The best discount ever — 100% off!

The following games area available for the free admission ticket offer — the tickets will be available for pick-up from Wachovia Center during normal business hours.
There’s tons of stuff to do in NYC even if you’re not an official tourist and live in the burbs.
One of the best kept secrets is the NY PASS tourist card. It’s a pay-on-price ticket to 40+ top tourist sites and attractions.

Places like the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Hard Rock Cafe, Circleline Cruise around Manhattan, Museums, Museums, Museums. And then there’s discounts to other places.
It’s something I’d recommend to anyone showing around out-of-town family visitors too.
