The Dunkin Donuts on S. Livingston Avenue is a NO-GO. But if you go in on a Monday, I say, do BUG THEM ABOUT IT! It’s the worst feeling when there’s a national marketing promotion advertised and the local franchisee doesn’t participate. They reap all the benefits of the advertising dollars spent by the parent company drawing in more foot traffic, but their stinginess keeps $ in their registers — while turning off customers and killing the brand experience.
